My name is Fred Farah, and I am a retired business man.

I’m a 76 year old senior and I still have all my marbles. I do have some health problems, but they’re not stopping me from creating web sites. This blog is here to help those of you suffering from CFS, chronic fatigue syndrome.

Though I don’t suffer from that problem, there are days when I feel totally listless tired for the whole day. Then I have some coffee, and stay awake all night, so I know I am still OK. But I feel for those of you having this sickness.
